Enrollment Period
The student must complete the course(s) within six (6) months of the date of enrollment.
If the student couldn’t complete the course during that period, email to info@nexusschools.com to request an extension of up to three (3) months.
Completion of a course includes taking and passing the course final examination. The final examination must be taken NO LATER THAN the last day of the course enrollment period.
Refund Policy
We will issue a refund if:
- within 14 days of the student’s registration date, the student has not logged on and started the course and Nexus receives an email to info@nexusschools.com canceling the student’s registration and requesting a refund.
- if a textbook was included (if any), it has to be returned to the school in an unused condition within 10 days of the date of cancellation. If you do not return the material supplied by the school within this 10 day period, the school will deduct the amount of the unreturned books and workbooks from your refund.
Your credit card account will be credited within 30 days.
