Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL), with the highest level of encryption available, is used to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, address, and social security number, so that this information cannot be read as it is transmitted online. For all pages through which personal information is transmitted, SSL is used.

Please refer to the system requirements to ensure the computer you are using is compatible. System requirements are available in the “Contact Us” section in the navigation menu on the left. You may take online courses from different computers if the computer you are using is compatible.

Yes. The online enrollment process includes credit card verification. In less than a minute, you are approved to start your desired online course(s). You will receive an email confirmation for your records, and you may begin the course immediately following registration or at any time you choose.

Yes, you are able to log out of the online course and come back to it later if applicable in your jurisdiction. Please note that typically, you will need to complete online final exams (if applicable in your jurisdiction) in one sitting, however.

If you fail the final exam, you may retake it only once but you must wait 30 days from the time of your initial failure. We recommend you to review the course material online before retaking the exam. If you fail the second exam and want to get credit, you must retake the entire course again.

While still logged in to your course, please refer to the “Course Completion Instructions” for specific details. “Course Completion Instructions” are located on the right side of your course homepage.

Once you pass your final exam, your score will be sent to us electronically. We will submit your completion date to the state within 24 hours and email you a certificate of completion slip and a diploma.

Only when you are taking a pre-licensing class for Real Estate Associate or for Broker. The day of the exam, please remember to take with you the certificate of completion slip that we will mail you.

Yes, your online courses will expire on the 6-month after enrollment. Please refer to your enrollment confirmation email or contact us to verify course availability and any other enrollment-related questions such as course extension.
