The 63-hour sales associate course FREC-1  fulfills the education required to take the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s (DBPR) state exam. It is required to obtain your real estate license in Florida.

Why should I take this course?

Certification: when passing this course, you will obtain a certificate of pre-licensing education completion issued by Nexus International School of Real Estate, which is required by the Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) of Florida to take the exam and become a License Real Estate Agent.

State Exam by DBPR: In order to present the DBPR state exam, a prior education of 63 hours is required to obtain the necessary knowledge for its approval, which is 75/100, in the same way it is a mandatory requirement at the moment of the presentation of the exam.
