The 63-hour sales associate course FREC-1 fulfills the education required to take the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s (DBPR) state exam. It is required to obtain your real estate license in Florida.
Why should I take this course?
Certification:Upon completion of this course, you will receive a two-year certificate of completion issued by Nexus International School of Real Estate. This certificate is required by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) to take and pass the state exam and begin a new career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. You will also gain enough information to become an educated person on the subject, even if you don’t plan to pursue a career in this field.
State Exam by DBPR: In order to present the DBPR state exam, a prior education of 63 hours is required to obtain the necessary knowledge for its approval, which is 75/100, in the same way it is a mandatory requirement at the moment of the presentation of the exam.
