It is not always possible to schedule makeup classes on the same days and times as the classes that are canceled.

The student may not miss more than 8 hours of class instruction in order to be allowed to take the final course exam. Any absences of more than 8 hours must be for medical reasons or family emergencies and the student will still be required to make up missed classes and complete the end-of-course exam within 30 calendar days of the last date of the course.

Students may take the CRAM Course an unlimited number of times within three (3) months of registration.

All classes may be monitored or videotaped for quality purposes by the school, the student will not be able to record or videotape a presentation and any material since it is copyrighted.
